By placing an order and proceeding through checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase, whether or not you have read them.

1. Ordering Process
All product listings, descriptions, and advertisements on the Site constitute invitations to purchase and do not constitute an offer to sell.
Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order. Receipt of an order confirmation email only confirms that your order has been received.
FLEXTAIL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, reject, or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to
product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
If an order is canceled, FLEXTAIL will have no obligation to fulfill the order and you will not be charged, or any charged amounts will be refunded to the original payment method.
2. Product Availability
All purchases are subject to availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, FLEXTAIL reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Unless otherwise stated, the Site ships products only to addresses located within the United States.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the Site are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
You agree to pay the total amount displayed during checkout, including applicable taxes, shipping, handling, and any additional fees (the “Total Amount”).
FLEXTAIL reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
4. Methods of Payment
At checkout, you may pay for your purchase using valid payment methods displayed on the Site, including but not limited to Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize FLEXTAIL to charge the Total Amount to that payment method.
If your payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise rejected by your payment provider, your order will not be processed or shipped.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier. FLEXTAIL is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers
or events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original condition,
and include original packaging and proof of purchase.
Certain products may be non-refundable or final sale, including but not limited to personalized items, made-to-order products, and items marked as final sale.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and in the same currency as the original transaction.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. FLEXTAIL is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

These Terms of Purchase, together with the Terms of Use and your order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and FLEXTAIL regarding your purchase.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure by FLEXTAIL to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
13. Purchase Limitations
FLEXTAIL reserves the right to limit the quantity of products purchased per customer, per order, or within a specified time period, and to refuse transactions that appear to violate these limitations.
